Our History

Joe Ritchie General Contractor & Builder has been in business for over 35 years, serving Philadelphia, the Delaware Valley, and New Jersey since 1982. The company, which is fully licensed and insured, offers a wide spectrum of services, specializing in site work, foundations, masonry, concrete, new construction, additions, bathrooms, kitchens, vinyl siding, windows, basement renovations and roofing both residential & commercial projects.

We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and prides itself on using only the highest quality material and skilled experienced workers. Unlike many contractors in the area we use no subcontractors, all our work is done in house. Also, we have no salesmen or estimators, you deal directly with the owner from the beginning to the end.
